1. How long does delivery take?
Our orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 3–6 business days across the UK. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.


2. Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We’re working on expanding our delivery options soon!


3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery progress.


4. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery — as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund after reviewing the issue.
